Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2849. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31(HES) Proclaiming May 2004 as Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Month, was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage. Senator Ben Stevens offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1: Delete "May" Insert "June" 2004-04-20 Senate Journal Page 2969 Page 2, line 7: Delete "May" Insert "June" Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31(HES) am S Proclaiming June 2004 as Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Month, pass the Senate?"
